On Saturday afternoon (14:00 – 17:00) ‘Water U’ will be leading a freestyle swimming workshop at the Hallenbad Allmend (Zihlmattweg 46, 6005). It will be taught by former professional swimmers Stefan & Michael who have a wealth of competing and coaching experience between them. The workshop is aimed at both novice and more experienced swimmers; participants should be able to swim at least 50m of crawl unbroken. On Saturday evening you can take a culinary trip to Spain at the Treibhaus in Luzern (Spelteriniweg 4, 6005)! They will be hosting a Spanish tapas evening, serving up a wide variety of dishes accompanied by Sangria and live Spanish-Cuban music from “Mauro y los demas”! Maximum of 4 people per table.
