Events to look forward to this October: explore the wines of Switzerland whilst improving your German at the next Wine in German is ‘Wein’, meet with like-minded women at Red Tent and our Women’s Authenticity Circle, celebrate Halloween at the LiLi Centre at our annual Halloween Party and don’t miss Trunk or Treat hosted by SASL!
Vegetarian Lunch at the LiLi Centre
The main for October will be cauliflower chickpea shawarma with spicy tahini sauce and tomato, cucumber, and olive salad (CHF 14.-). The soup will be aubergine with mint and toasted cashews and bread (CHF 8.-).
Please note there will be no lunch next week (Tuesday 3. or Friday 6. October). Normal service will resume on Tuesday 10. October!

Orders can be placed Monday before 12pm for the following Tuesday, and Friday before 9am for the same day. Please email info@lilicentre.ch. Food will be served from 12:00 – 13:00 (takeaway is possible if you bring your own container!).

Wine in German is ‘Wein’ – Swiss Wines
Not only will you delve into the intricacies of Swiss wines, but you’ll also have the opportunity to enhance your German language skills. This unique combination makes it an ideal chance to explore both the language and the exquisite wines of Switzerland. This session will be led by two seasoned experts, Lilla Fülöp, a certified sommelier, and Ralph Schädler, a Wine Academic; it will be conducted primarily in German, with English translations provided. No prior wine knowledge or language proficiency is necessary. However, pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary fusion of language and culture.

Red Tent
Red Tents are a global movement of women coming together and finding time to just be in whatever place they may find themselves at this time in their lives, meet other women in their community and enjoy the opportunity to share in a deeper way than we may usually.
In our red tent we invite and welcome all women; sisters, mothers, menstruating girls, menopausal women, young mums, grandmothers, and friends to attend creating a circle of like-minded women. We will be sharing with each other and allowing each other to have some time to express herself. It might be enough for the rest of the circle just to listen, to witness her. Or it might be a discussion on menstruation, health, menopause, spirituality, astrology, some kind of support on her life journey, gentle motivation, or setting an empowering intention. There is no goal in mind at a red tent gathering, other than to allow for a space to share stories, support each other, and recharge for the month ahead.

Women’s Authenticity Circle
What does the most free version of you look like? How long has it been since you’ve connected with her? This event is for you if you want to connect with yourself more fully, learn how to tune into and use your intuition, feel more confident, supported, held, and aligned with what you most desire. Are you ready to set yourself free and breathe fully? You most definitely deserve it! This Full Moon gathering will support you in connecting more to yourself, cultivating self-trust and receptivity, learning how to connect to your depth, and utilising gifts of the feminine energy to help you show up more powerfully in your daily life and in the world.

SASL Trunk & Treat
SASL will be hosting their annual Halloween Trunk or Treat on Tuesday 31. October at the LiLi Centre.
“Come and have a spooky good time with the whole family! We will be decorating the trunks of our cars in celebration of Halloween, as well as handing out sweets to the little ones. Don’t forget to wear your best costume as we will be having a costume contest for both adults and kids!”
Schedule:
- 18:00 – 18:30 – Decorate cars
- 18:30 – 19:30 – Trunk-or-Treating and “Best Of” Contest Prizes about 19:30
- 19:30 – 22:00 – Dia de los Muertos party at the LiLi Centre (food and drink available for purchase)
