I confess, I am not a great football fan but even I was on the edge of my seat last night for the duel between France and Switzerland. The match was intense and the outcome has made history. For the first time in 67 years Switzerland has made it into the quarter finals by beating France 5-4. Next stop is on Friday for a match against Spain.
The storms just won’t stop. Last night was another storm which caused massive damage, cars being near totalled, gardens destroyed, cellars flooded. Kudos to the people who managed to see the bright side and made cocktails using hail balls which were in some cases the size of pingpong balls. Expect another storm front this afternoon.
