Lucerne will not be imposing the wearing of masks at cultural and sport events quite yet. Our local health minister had called for this measure to be put into place, but later recognised that he did not have the authority to enforce this by himself. So for the time being cinemas, theatres, museums and sporting events will continue to “only” require the Covid certificate.
As of Monday anyone aged 16 and over who had their second Covid vaccination more than 6 months ago will be eligible for a booster shot. You can register for an appointment here.
