Founded in 1977, The Caribbean Village is a unique destination for those who want to unwind, hang by the beach or practice their favourite watersport (windsurfing or stand up paddleboarding).
As soon as you arrive, your worries wash away and you immediately feel like you’re on a mini vacation. The colourful decor creates a playful and welcoming atmosphere and the owner Thomi Jäger reinforces that fun mood with his ever-present smile and chill vibe.
You can choose from several activities whether it’s going for a swim, taking a windsurfing or SUP class (or renting a board to
practice on your own), sipping on a cocktail at the beach bar or browsing the surf shop.
The Caribbean Village even offers the possibility of hosting your private event such as a birthday party, wedding, business outing or other. The lounge/snack bar area is quite elegant with multiple comfy chaises where you can chat away while taking in some sun… and cocktails.
This little oasis really is an escape from the day-to-day and with so many options, there is something for everyone. It’s easy to get to either by car or train and we promise you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
