Design services can be broad, but a quality service provider offers true expertise and bags of hands-on experience. Hayley Milne Payne the lady behind Crafty Chameleon has over 20 years of knowledge to offer and is based here Lucerne since 2007. She provides a cost-effective alternative to an in-house graphic designer, providing a personalised service not achievable with an agency.

I provide graphic design services to businesses large and small and with experience working for clients across many industries. Work can be project based for small businesses or ad-hoc support for in-house corporate teams who haven’t the budget for a full-time designer or the freedom or time to approach agencies.
Companies I have worked with in the past and present include TEAM Marketing, Infront Sports & Media, Sunrise, Itaú Private Bank, International Ski & Snowboard Federation (FIS), HealthFirst and Sonova. As well as many smaller boutique businesses and agencies.
I am proud to have also supported the Livingin Association with design services, producing some of the most recent seasonal magazines and Livingin Publishing’s most recent publications Livingin Zug and Rolli Lucarotti’s newly republished Recipes from Corsica. In addition, the rebrand and styling of the Website for the Lili Center’s very own HSK Lucerne English School.
I believe in championing my clients’ brands, and helping them grow with long-term practical, engaging and cost-effective solutions. I am passionate about producing designs that are engaging and reflect my client’s values and goals.
I started out in publishing, moved into branding and events, and over the years have also focused on sales materials, presentations and corporate business documentation and marketing. This can be either in print or digital formats including web design and social media campaigns.
I also strongly believe in helping my clients become more self-reliant and regularly provide masterclasses in various professional applications to help them take my solutions and follow through with them themselves. Learning some technical tips and tricks and some classic design principles can be the difference between an ok presentation and one that wows!
