The exercises always have different levels of difficulty, so the workout can easily be adapted to every fitness level and can be enjoyed by everyone who wants to get in shape or stay healthy.

Sunday 13. September: Creative Pause Series
This monthly creative workshop series is for anyone who wants to make art in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions are about expression, reflection, and enjoyment rather than skill level or perfect results.
In this session, we will explore art journaling as a creative practice for self-reflection and inner awareness. Using simple drawing exercises and guided reflection, you’ll create pages that capture thoughts, emotions, memories, and personal insights in a way that words alone sometimes cannot.
Art journaling offers a space to pause, slow down, and connect with yourself through creative expression. There is no right or wrong way to participate, the focus is on curiosity, exploration, and the process of putting pen, pencil, or color to paper.
Whether you are new to drawing or already enjoy creative activities, this workshop provides a gentle opportunity to reflect, recharge, and discover new ways of expressing your inner world.
No artistic background is needed. Just curiosity and openness.
Time: 16:00 – 17:30
Cost: Free for LiLi Centre Members / CHF 5 for Non-members

Friday 18. September: Community Music Therapy Group
Led by a music therapist, this community music therapy group provides a supportive space for parents and young children from birth to age 5. Using tools such as singing, movement, and instrument play, families will develop musical resources that can be used at home to strengthen parent-child bonding, support emotional regulation, and promote parental self-efficacy and emotional well-being. Music therapy is a non-judgmental space, and no previous musical experience or skill is required to participate and benefit from the program. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Hanna directly at hannaejohannesson@gmail.com.
