Starts 1. September – ABC Art Classes for Kids
Artists Be Creative – ABC Tutors are offering specialised art classes for kids every Wednesday at the LiLi Centre.

Starts 4. September – LWTC Kids Theatre Classes
We are back! Full of optimism that this year we will be able to experience lots of Christmas cheer with our children’s theatre production. This year we will be showing our very own production of “The Twisted Tales of a Toothless Monster”. A fun look at traditional tales with a twist.
The shows will be on November 27 & 28, these are full days of theatre, plus there will be at least one full day of dress rehearsal to be announced.
We look forward to hearing back whether your child/ren is/are interested in taking part in this year’s production.

Saturday 4. September – Painting Workshop
Have you always wanted to catch up with your artistic skills or inclinations but didn’t really get the chance? Maybe it’s time you give it a chance and join us for a relaxing painting class with artist Amalia Maciuca. She will teach you the basic steps of painting in a friendly atmosphere where you can learn and make new friends.
Time: 17:00 – 19:00
Cost: CHF 50 for LiLi Centre Members / CHF 55 for non members
Starts 7. September – All-Season Swimming
Our weekly swimming group returns on Tuesday 7. September for a refreshing dip in the lake! The group meet at 12:00 in front of the LiLi Centre to swim together at Ufschötti. After the swim, there is the option to grab a takeaway vegan lunch!
Time: 12:00 – 13:00

Wednesday 8. September – French Book Club – Club de lecture

Monday 13. September – International Book Club
How about getting together once a month to discuss novels featuring different countries and cultures by authors from all over the world? We will make our way around the globe, exploring and exchanging our thoughts. You can join this event in person at the LiLi Centre or online via Zoom.

Cost: Free
Come along and meet fellow new members for this networking and social
evening. Those who wish to stay for our Wednesday evening BBQ
afterwards are invited to do so, please just make sure to sign up in
advance! We will be sending out an invitation to our new members to
attend.

Saturday 18. September – Drawing Workshop
Learning how to draw can be a very important step in your process of creation. During our Drawing classes you will learn how to use some basic techniques in order to build a portrait or use the proper types of shading. Sign up for a relaxing drawing class with artist Amalia Maciuca and be part of our challenging drawing groups where you can often find our inspiration with a refreshing drink and meet new people.
Saturday 25. September – International Evening
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first International Evening since the start of lock-down! The theme will be Middle Eastern cuisine and it promises to be a great evening with wonderful food. CHF 35.- per person. More details on the website soon!
