Mindfulness evening
In this event, you will discover a few simple tools that will help you regulate your emotions, decrease stress, overcome anxiety, and add to the overall wellbeing of your nervous system. Most of us spend so much time putting others first, and caring for other people’s needs, but the truth is that you are your greatest asset and can only give from the overflow. Join this workshop to learn how to navigate smoothly through everyday situations, cultivate a permanent state of freedom, and truly thrive.

Watercolour Workshop
Have you always wanted to catch up with your artistic skills or inclinations but didn’t really get the chance? Maybe it’s time you give it a chance and join us for a relaxing Painting class with artist Amalia Maciuca. She will teach you the basic steps of painting in a friendly atmosphere where you can learn and make new friends.
