November at the LiLi Centre

The centre remains open this month. We are following all safety procedures to keep you and our volunteers safe. We ask that all visitors over the age of 12 wear masks upon entering the centre, disinfect your hands and sign in – please leave your phone number if your are not a member of the centre. We thank you for your cooperation.

As well as our regular programmes we have several special events both at the centre or online for you to enjoy.


02.11 – [ONLINE] International Book Club – 19:30 – 21:30

Our International Book Club will meet again online via Zoom on Monday 2. November. The book will be “The Enlightenment of the Greengage Tree” by Shokoofeh Azar

Starts 03.11 – A2 German Conversation

Our German A2 Conversation Group will continue starting on 3 November and ending on 15 December 2020.  Sign up now to practice your German in a fun and relaxed environment.  Don’t be shy … practice makes perfect! 


04.11 Immunity & Āyurveda Workshop

Understand what exactly immunity is according to Āyurveda and what are the different ways to ensure that your immune system always functions at its optimum. The talk will be held from 20:30 to 21:15, followed by a discussion / Q&A session from 21:15 to 21:30 (Āyurvedic tea will be offered). Please note, a basic knowledge of 3 doshas is required to understand this talk.

06.11 Painting Workshop

Join artist Amalia Maciuca for a relaxing 2 hour workshop where you will discover the pleasure of painting flowers with acrylics. LiLi Centre members 45.- / non members CHF 55.-

07.11 – First Aid on Children

Parents, parents-to-be, grandparents and anyone else caring for children from early infancy and toddlers to pre-teenagers will learn life saving and basic first aid skills in this full day course. CHF 165 per person. 


15.11 – New Moon Mediation 

The evening will begin with a swim at Ufschötti at 18:00, after which we will head back to Lili Centre to warm up with some tea. Those who do not wish to swim can join us for the meditation and socialising half of the evening, which will begin at 19:00.

You are not alone. Recovery Sharing Circle for Women provides a supportive, non-judgemental space and community where women can come together and connect in seeking a healthier lifestyle.
