We are so excited! Our Gala is only a week away and we have so much on offer, we decided to do a recap of what to expect:
The evening will begin with an apéro from 18:00 and DJ Telescope will be getting us in the mood!
We will then have our lovely four course dinner.
Menu:
Beef carpaccio
with braised chanterelle mushrooms and truffled mayonnaise

Venison ragout
served with “Spätzle”, Brussels sprouts and cranberries

Lukewarm chocolate cake
with cinnamon ice cream and spiced cherries
There also is a vegan option (please let us know by Tuesday if you want the vegan option).
During dinner we will have wonderful entertainment:

We will also be going to the horse races to win some lovely champagne!
