Saturday 18. July: Creative Pause
This monthly creative workshop series is for anyone who wants to make art in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions are about expression, reflection, and enjoyment rather than skill level or perfect results.
In this session, we will explore art journaling as a creative practice for self-reflection and inner awareness. Using simple drawing exercises and guided reflection, you’ll create pages that capture thoughts, emotions, memories, and personal insights in a way that words alone sometimes cannot.
Art journaling offers a space to pause, slow down, and connect with yourself through creative expression. There is no right or wrong way to participate, the focus is on curiosity, exploration, and the process of putting pen, pencil, or color to paper.
Whether you are new to drawing or already enjoy creative activities, this workshop provides a gentle opportunity to reflect, recharge, and discover new ways of expressing your inner world.
No artistic background is needed. Just curiosity and openness.
Date: Saturday 18. July
