Tai Chi

Tai chi is an internal martial art that, when practiced daily, becomes a way of life. Taichi teaches us to master our body and our movement. It exercises our right and left side of the brain, gives us focus, clarity, and helps us develop inner strength to detach from the outside so we can dive deep inside ourselves.

Tai Chi is a great tool to connect to our bodies and become mindful of our movement. This state of mindfulness makes the practitioner reach a state of homeostasis where the body is at rest and ready to heal. When we are stressed and in survival mode, our bodies are prone to both illnesses and accidents. Tai Chi is a wonderful path for healing.

Elena Murillo is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and Tai Chi instructor. She lives and works as a hypnotherapist in Lucerne.
