At the LiLi Centre, we believe that mental health support should be accessible, affordable, and stigma‑free. That’s why we’re excited to share an important update from our Low Cost / No Cost Mental Health Programme — a cornerstone of our commitment to wellbeing and community care.
Over the past months, demand for counselling has continued to grow. People are reaching out for support during moments of transition, stress, isolation, or simply when they need someone to walk alongside them. To meet this need, we’re delighted to welcome three new counselling interns to our team. Their arrival significantly increases our capacity, allowing us to offer more sessions, reduce waiting times, and ensure that anyone seeking help can find it.
These interns bring compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Under the guidance of our experienced supervisors, they are ready to provide high‑quality, person‑centred counselling at a price point designed to remove barriers.
Who is the programme for?
Our Low Cost / No Cost services are open to anyone who may benefit from emotional support — whether navigating life changes, managing stress, or simply needing a safe space to talk. We welcome self‑referrals, and the process is simple, confidential, and designed to be as accessible as possible.
