The LiLi Centre will be officially closed from 7th – 23rd April for the Easter break. During this time some of our regular events will continue to run but please be sure to check with the event coordinator beforehand.
Our Special events this month include our Mental Health Support Group, Feel Good Friday and a wine tasting in German; the perfect chance to improve your German vocabulary and your wine knowledge!

Mental Health Support Group
This English-speaking support group helps people with their mental health. In a safe space we can talk openly and without fear of judgment. We are not professionals and this is not a therapy group. We’re sharing our experiences, our lows and highs, and our way of coping with the situation. The important message is that you are not alone – there are others who experience the same! Life is always worth living even with depression or other mental health issues.
The group meetings will take place every two weeks on Wednesdays from 7-9 pm. Please register with: shg@depressionen.ch or call 0848 143 144

Feel Good Friday
Begin this new month by attending Feel Good Friday! This event is a perfect combination of meditation and personal growth techniques, created to support you in thriving. If you are looking to permanently reduce stress levels, gain clarity, and confidently move forward, this event is for you.

Friday 28. April
Wine in German is ‘Wein’
Join us for an enjoyable and educational experience where you will learn the basics of wine descriptors in German, while tasting and comparing different wines.
These events are designed to be casual and fun, with no prerequisites for wine knowledge, although an interest in wines is expected.
Regardless of whether you have an A2, B1, or B2 level of German proficiency, everyone is welcome. Our knowledgeable educators will guide you through the wine-tasting process and teach you many adjectives to describe the wines.
