August at the LiLi Centre

We hope that you enjoyed the summer weather and whether you went abroad or had a staycation that you made the most of it and are now relaxed and energised.

The centre is reopening this coming Monday and, of course, we have many exciting events for you to enjoy in a safe and social distancing compliant environment. Most importantly be sure to come by our annirversary party on August 29th!

Our regular hours remain Monday through Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 12 p.m.


Starts 18.08  – Plant @ The LiLi Centre

Every Tuesday lunchtime chef Frederik will be serving up a delicious 100% plant based menu at the LiLi Centre. No pre-oder is necessary, just drop in and get your nutritious, healthy lunch. (Its also perfect to take home and heat up for family dinner if you don’t feel like cooking.)


Starts 19.08 ABC Teens Art Classes

Artists BCreative – ABC Tutors will once again be offering a series of specialised art classes for teenagers at the LiLi Centre!


Starts 21.08 ABC Kids Art Classes (Fridays)

Fun and engaging drawing and painting Art Classes for Kids. Every Friday at LiLi Centre from 5 pm to 6.30 pm.


Starts 19.08 Weekly Wednesday Summer BBQ!

Our weekly summer BBQ returns on Wednesday 19. August! The idea is simple, the grill will be ready and waiting on Wednesday evening all you need to do is bring something along to out on it! The bar is fully stocked and there’s ice-cream for sale – so that’s drinks and dessert sorted! Bring your family and friends and be sure to make the most of our great facilities!

If you would like to learn the basic steps for watercolour technique then join this art course for beginners hosted by Artist Amalia Maciuca. Don’t be afraid to try something new for a fun Friday night!

23.08  – STBRITISHED Creative Writing Course

This course will help teenagers to unleash their creativity as writers. The course is expertly designed for young writers to discover and develop their unique voices. The idea is to explore creativity and imagination, bring ideas to life, gain confidence, and experiment with writing fictional stories.


Starts 24.08  – Adventures In Robotics

Come join us for amazing adventures as we delve into the exciting world of robotics! Designed for ages 7-12, we meet once a week to explore, discover, and learn how robots work and how they interact with the world around us. Our workshops invite children to explore and discover in a way that turns ordinary play activity into savvy and pointed STEM education, providing a perfect way to introduce the concepts of robotics, algorithmic thinking, engineering, and programming.

Our weekly German A2 Conversation Group starts again on 25. August. Sign up now to practice your German in a fun and relaxed environment!


HSK – Lucerne English School

School starts again in August for our HSK English school! We now have 4 different classes for different age ranges:

Tuesday 15:30 – 17:00 for 4 – 6 year old (Class # 1)
Wednesday 13:30 – 15:00 for 7 – 8 year old
Wednesday 15:30 – 17:00 for 9 – 11 year old
Thursday 15:30 – 17:00 for 4 – 6 year old (Class # 2)
