July 6 – 12: Early Morning Mindful Swims

During one week, we will be swimming every morning at 07:00 at Ufschötti. You are free to join us every day or just whenever it suits your schedule. You can either come to the LiLi Centre first or go directly to the lake. After the swim, you are welcome to warm up at the Centre with a cup of our famous winter swimming tea (if it’s rainy) or stay at the beach and enjoy a peaceful and quiet moment before you head off to work or back home.

The swim itself will be done in silence to encourage fully connecting with your body and nature.
