LiLi Centre in March

Here is a scoop, the month of March will be the only month until this summer without any holidays or vacations! Which is why it is full of one off events at the LiLi Centre as well as our regular programmes and don’t forget that we now offer Information Coffee Mornings on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

March 2: Intensive German Course A1

In this A1 level course, you learn German and practice speaking in everyday life situations as well as at the workplace.


March 2: Intensive German Course A2

Auf Niveau A2 vertiefen Sie Ihre Grundkenntnisse und trainieren vor allem die mündliche Kommunikation sowie das Verfassen einfacher Texte in Alltagssituationen und im Beruf.


March 4: Live Your Dreams

If nothing would hold you back, how would your life look like?  Learn how to create a vision for your life and step into your true power.


March 5: Mindfulness Workshop

In our mindfulness group, we are practicing mindfulness exercises that can be easily integrated into our everyday lives.


March 11: Abstract & Wine

Have you always wanted to learn how to paint abstract art but don’t know where to start?
Artist Amalia Maciuca will lead us through the steps and help us unleash our creativity whilst enjoying a nice glass or two of wine.


March 12: International Bookclub

Our International Book Club will meet again on Thursday 12. March 2020! The book for March will be Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows by Ball Kaur Jaswal.


March 16./30.: Recovery Sharing Circle for Women

Recovery Sharing Circle for Women provides a supportive, non-judgemental space and community where women can come together and connect in seeking a healthier lifestyle.


March 17: Job seekers Group

Are you struggling trying to find work in Switzerland? Are you feeling isolated in your job search? The LiLi Centre has a self-help group for job seekers where you can meet others looking for work, exchange tips, resources and build a network. We will meet at 13.30 on Tuesday March 17.


March 18: Supercharge Your Immunity Through The Power Of Food

Are you or your family struggling with frequent colds and infections, allergies, autoimmune conditions, asthma or eczema?


March 18. – Newly Single Support Group

Have you recently gone through a split-up? Are you struggling to understand the administrative requirements now that you are single? Would you like to meet people going through something similar? Then join Newly Single Life Coach Renate Kranenburg as we share our experiences and learn from one another. The group will meet every second Wednesday of the month. 


March 20: Women Rock Switzerland Drinks, Music and Art

On Friday 20. March Women Rock Switzerland will be hosting an after-work social at the LiLi Centre with special guest Lindsay Ferguson & the vernissage of artwork by Amalia Maciuca! A great opportunity to network with other women and enjoy a glass of bubbly!


March 21: International Evening: Iranian New Year

On March 21st, Iran will be celebrating its new year, so we thought we would celebrate it also with a wonderful feast of Persian specialities cooked up by Iranian Mojgan and Arash. We are in for a treat!


March 23: Ayuverda Workshop

Spring is here! Learn to keep your body & mind healthy using Ayurveda 

  • Introduction & Principles of Āyurveda
  • Role of 3 Doṣas – Vāta/Pitta/Kapha
  • Understanding how the spring season affects body & mind 
  • Practical tips on how to balance each Doṣa through food and lifestyle in spring

March 26: JIFF Workshop: Preparing for the Swiss Market

The next 3 part JIFF workshop will be starting on Thursday 26. March 2020 at the Lili Centre.


March 28: Long Table Dinner

PLANT is hosting its first long table dinner. Come and join Frederik for a fine dining plant base evening.
