Founding a company in Switzerland
Are you looking to set up a company in Switzerland but your just not sure where to start? Business Development Luzern and STARTUPS.CH have organised a “Founding a company in Switzerland” course on the 14th March in Luzern.
During the course, experts from STARTUPS.CH will take you through the basics and address the most important topics you will need to consider when setting up a company. Founding a company can bring a lot of freedom and enables you to be your own boss. However, it also brings all kinds of issues that you will have to face along with legal regulations. The most common questions people seeking to start up a business ask are related to legal forms, the trade registry, the inaugural meeting, social security contributions, other insurance, the business plan, financing, tax, VAT, company name, registration of the business and much much more.
The course is run by Isabelle Siegrist who is a highly qualified business planning consultant. Aside from setting up businesses herself, she has also organised many events including TEDx in the area. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have during the night. Whether you are looking to be self-employed or incorporate your own Swiss Company, if you are looking to start up a successful business in Switzerland, then this course is a must for you. The key areas they will be covering are:
- Legal forms
- Financing and business plan
- Social security contributions and insurance
- Tax and VAT
- The founding process and a chance to ask questions
The course will run from 18:15 – 20:45 on Monday evening in the Hochschule School of Business in Luzern. It will be held in English and it’s also being offered free of charge. Registration is necessary though, so make sure you sign up soon to avoid missing out on this course.
